Returning from our journey, I felt my mind completely at peace and free from noise—something I don’t think I had ever experienced before. Since we’re not used to such peace, it almost feels like drowsiness, but experiencing it, truly understanding what it means to meditate, to simply accept the moment without worries, without clinging to thoughts, without looking ahead… was truly wonderful. I’m so grateful to have been part of this retreat. Maintaining that peace when returning to routine is challenging with all the noise, rush, and responsibilities, but my goal is to stay in that peaceful state for at least a moment each day. Thank you for showing me what that truly feels like.
